Hello, my name is Renee. I graduated from IntelliTec College with honors in 2022. I specialize in Swedish, Deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and reflexology. I also enjoy implementing hot stone treatments in my massage if a client would like the enhancement. My favorite modality to practice is myofascial release. Learning the difference and educating clients on the difference between deep tissue and deep pressure helps myself and the client better understand that I don't have to "hurt" them for them to get results. Hello, I'm Hillary! I graduated from the New Mexico School of Massage in 2024, and received my New Mexico LMT license. Though my current licensure may be fairly new, I am no stranger to massage. The daughter of a massage therapist specializing in Polarity therapy, and sister of an LMT turned chiropractor, I have been schooled in many modalities. I cut my professional teeth here in NM doing medical massage, with chiropractic patients. I have practiced massage since 2016 with previous experience in the medical field as a personal aid and certified nursing assistant. The massage style I provide is a customizable swedish with light to firm pressure, with deep effecting techniques in hopes to not raise the body's defenses. My use of hot and cold as needed in contrast therapy helps alleviate inflammation or invigorate circulation as needed. As well as setting the tone for a relaxing massage, I believe it is also important to set the tone for a massage that awakens the body. Using sports massage techniques of pinning and stretching and loosening up the muscles can aid body preparation. Many of the techniques I include in a massage are the result of ever persistent education and curiosity, so my techniques are ever growing and developing into what each client needs on the table.
