Hello, my name is Renee. I graduated from IntelliTec College with honors in 2022. I specialize in Swedish, Deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and reflexology. I also enjoy implementing hot stone treatments in my massage if a client would like the enhancement. My favorite modality to practice is myofascial release. Learning the difference and educating clients on the difference between deep tissue and deep pressure helps myself and the client better understand that I don't have to "hurt" them for them to get results. I'm brand new to the area. My husband and I just Moved here from Ohio withour 6-year-old daughter. My soul was called to New Mexico. We visited family here last winter and we couldn't deny that this is where we needed to be. I absolutely love what I do, and I seriously cannot imagine doing anything else! My craft is my passion and I believe strongly in the healing power of massage therapy. At 16 years old I had my 1st massage, and it changed my life forever. During the massage session I felt held, supported and safe. It was then that I knew how I was going to heal and help others heal. Applied Sciences continues to teach me the thread that ties our mind, body and spirit together with the universe as a whole. I also have a background in Energy Healing, including Reiki, Comfort Touch and Haiku Healing (Sacred Wounds). My father being a fine artist and musician raised me to find beauty and poetry in everything I see and feel.
